Jeff reports,"Here is the life story of my coronet:

I bought the car in the summer of 2000 at the Mopar Atlantic Nationals in Englishtown New Jersey. It was all original with a 318 poly/3 speed on the column/8.75/68k miles. It was a Virginia car, but now lived in Washington Township NJ.
I had a fresh 440 sitting around that was built for a 70 coronet I used to own, all i needed was a 4 speed which i bought the following summer at Carlisle. I collected lots of parts that summer so i could do the swap the following winter. I knew nothing about 4 speeds so it was quite a learning experience. I painted the motor compartment and underside of the hood while i did the swap. This part of the car was neglected by the previous owner".
