A new member from Germany and a technical question

Since a while, I own a Dodge Coronet Coupe 1959 with hydraulic gearshift.

I have trouble with grabbing of brakes in the slow Drive modus especially when the car was not used for a while or after driving the car long-ways.

There was nothing helpful to find in the cars user manual.

Does someone know more about this ? What can be done to fix it ?

Busted or worn out hardware springs in your drum brakes maybe? Hard to say without looking at them.
