Hi. I'm glad I found this site. I recently picked up a 70 coronet superbee clone. I have some pics in my gallery. It is a rotissourie car with no rust or body damage. I'm hoping to have it done in time for the dream cruise. I'm in the process of hunting down some parts right now. It has a new 440 6-pack and a rebuilt trans with zero miles.
I just thought I would say hi.

Are you going to paint the heads and intake?? I would...

Just my 2 cents....Not that it means anything!

Yes I am doing the restoration myself. This will be my first restoration. Let's just say I have been reading a lot and talking to a lot of mechanics (friends).
As far as painting the engine more I really haven't thought about it much. I am just trying to get the car running for next year. The rest I will do later.
Welcome to the DCR, Mike
Glad to have you aboard
