I would like to put an twin scoop hood on my 69' with the air grabber and shaker.
Or can an original hood be converted to an air grabber system with twin scoops?

There are places you can get the scoops. Unless you're ready to do some major work, I would just put the scoops on the standard hood. All the underhood stuff is really unneccesary unless you have the right engine/aircleaner combo. This place has them.

You can convert a flat 69 hood to fit the ramcharger set up by cutting the rectangular scoop holes in the hood as well as trimming back the underside support structure of the hood to accept the ramcharger setup. (If you have it) I just made on for me as my Ramcharger hood needs extensive body work. You can't tell side by side.

If you are just going for looks, then mark the scoop location and drill a few small holes and bolt em down

Cooper,
Sorry to thread Jack :)

Anyone know or have the dimension on where to cut the holes ??
I've got the duct work, scoops and air cleaner just no holes.

Well no holes for that. The body has plenty of holes now that it's back from the glass beader...

Thanks
