After dealing with a serious illness for the past few years the iconic rock drummer Neil Peart of Rush has passed away of Glioblastoma (cancerous brain tumor) on January 7, 2020. He was 67 years old.
First Mr Ginger Baker and now Mr Neil Peart, two of my all time favorite musicians and drummers have left us. My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of these two gentlemen. R.I.P. Mr Peart and please know that I as well as all of your other fans will truly miss your tremendous drumming skills as well as your major song writing talent.
