How does OD and lock up work? One switch for both or are they separate? I buggered up my Cummins van when the TPS went bad. I had two switches, one for each, and boy you knew it when I forgot to shut it off. LOL

There are a couple ways of hooking it up, I went simple toggle to get started with then maybe a couple solenoids later. For now both grounds are connected to the brake light switch so it releases at least for emergency slow down.

That's a great idea, I wish I thought of that with mine. A Cummins motor will NOT stall out when you fail to disengage lockout and you try to stop.

"How much you figure you gotta get the driveshaft cut?"
The drive shaft was shortened 7 inches, and balanced.

Transmission is in and working great. Just need to fine tune my drive line angles, it has a very slight vibration at around 60 that I don't think I had before. I made the transmission mount to where you can shim up or down some so that will make it easy.

I was chasing a vibration after my swap, I swore was the converter well I was wrong. Yesterday I found it to be the poly transmission mount that I used, I put a rubber #2360 one on and all fixed. The whole car feels better now I am very happy.

Just hit 1000 miles with new transmission swap and am very happy, no leaks in the engine or trans. I need one tooth smaller speedo gear put in then do a mpg check, I know it still won't be great mpg but better than it was and saving high rpms on my 340 at the same time.

1000 miles already? Boy you sure drive a lot!
Does that mean you need a hotel reservation for Carlisle 2017? Huh?
