Fat Washer Mystery

I have this posted in the FBBO forum too.

I have a washer I can't figure out where it goes. 1968 318 PS and AC. It was in the PS bolt bag so that is where I am starting the search. Anyone have a '68 or '69 318 with PS that can look and see if they can find this fat washer and where it goes?

Found a photo. It goes between the pump and the rear bracket on the lower stud.
