Hello from Houston, TX. Dodge Newbie here!
#1
I just purchased my first American Classic car this past weekend.
It is a 1965 Dodge Coronet 440. Four door.
I was always into the Old beetle cars and this is all new for me.
I am completely blinded when it comes to this car.
I do not know anything about it, but I will learn.
I just love this car, reason why I bought it!

I know I will definitely be visiting this website quite frequently while I get my car the way I want it!

The car is a rolling project. It is driving, even though I did notice today that it was over heating. Hope it is nothing mayor.

I do not know what type engine is in it.

But here is a picture of the car!

Welcome Mo, get us a pic of the engine, we'll tell you what it is.

You can also tell what the original engine was by the VIN

On a 65?

Thought all it showed was number of cylinders.
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.

I am sorry it took me a bit to get these pics to you guys, but here they are. I also have a question.....Do you guys know of a good website to buy parts specifically for these cars? I need to buy some seals like for the doors, windows and so on, and I can't seem to find any or in reality I do not know what I am looking for!6130]6131]6132]6133]

Welcome Moe

Looks like a Poly 318 engine in there, very durable.

Have fun
