There was a brand new Mustang Shelby 500 gt in line when I got there. He got out and said "man, I thought my car was loud!" LOL

I don't dare try anything yet as I have not gone through it. I know the throttle sticks if you floor it, so that would not be pretty. He waited outside and watched me leave, once I got the car straight in the road I did give it a little throttle, it does go pretty well. LOL I'm in the city with parked cars and lots of stupid drivers all around, so I really don't dare do anything stupid. It's going to a car show tomorrow...unless I take the red car. The last show I took it to, only a few people knew what it was. In a sea of shiny paint and chrome, it stick out pretty well.

I probably drive like a little old lady.

A few years ago, I test drove my friends mothers car to figure out a noise. She's in her mid seventies and was in the passenger seat. It was just a little Ford Focus. Any way, as I was driving it harder than I usually drive my own vehicles, she said "Oh, no...you have to drive much faster to make the noise" LOL

Rich my friend, it's been proven that a vehicle travelling faster than 40 miles an hour will NOT cause your heart to stop beating! RoflBanging Gears

A coworker is getting into the plasma cutting business. He made this for me from a photo of my window decal. I painted it the color of the car.

Well I dragged the race car from the mothballs and went racing yesterday first time in 3 years! Proceeded to be a real dumbass! Good 1.34 60 foot all 3 runs and decent reaction times. Ran a 6.17 (reasonable run) first run and slowed to 6.330 second time trial and 6.324 in eliminations. I dialed on the first run and clearly lost.

Well after several hours of staring and manipulating my data logger data, I have come to the conclusion that I am a DUMBASS! My CO2 bottle ran low and didn't shift fast enough on the 2nd and 3rd runs causing it to shift from 1st to 3rd and skip second. AARRGGHH!!

But I had a blast!
