Looks right to me. I'm missing the plug piece for the spare tire cover. Now that brings up a question: Is there two wing nuts? A large one that clamps the jack base and tire to the floor and then the small Wing nut secures the plug for the cover??

The jack hook and the tire iron go under the spare, that should make the board sit flat if the tire is not too wide.

Fish around with magnet or a mirror in the inner wheel wells, you might fine the holding spring for the jack . Or other goodies. I found a rotted pair of scissors in my Dart .

Yeah, there are 2 wing nuts - one on top of the jack hook and the other to hold the board down. BTW anybody have one of those stamped wing nuts in Bookers photo? I need one, it is 3/8 18 thread, I could only find a cast one.
